Return Policy

All returned items must be new, unused and in the original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original box. Please do not tape or deface the box. Shoe boxes should be wrapped or placed in another box for shipping. All returns must contain a copy of the original pick-ticket and a completed merchandise return form (you may download below). Any exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. All alterations are final - no refund, credit or exchange will be made.

When returning shoes that you feel are defective, our procedure is as follows: Once we receive the shoe, we make our own examination. Sometimes we are able to immediately issue a replacement or credit, but other times we need to send the shoe back to the manufacturer and wait for them to decide whether the shoe is defective or not. In those cases, it often takes 6 to 8 weeks for an answer from the shoe company, so we ask for your patience. We will update you when we have any information.
